This issue is the assisted design and manufacturing of the injection mold of cap of shampoo bottle, which is including three-dimensional design of injection mold and two-dimensional map of assembly and parts drawings. Shampoo bottle is made of polypropylene. First Pro/E is used to form three-dimensional shape of the cap of shampoo bottle, CAD/CAE makes an assisted analysis. After reading a variety of available information, the data computation of the shape and size could be completed. And then the cap of shampoo bottle in accordance with the structural characteristics of the design of the mold the core, cavity, and the overall structure of molding. The structure of this mold is rather complex, the dynamic and determined mold are both adopted composite structure. Due to the larger quantities of production, A two-mode cavity is used, the arrangement of row. As the polypropylene is more sensitive to heat, and the thinner wall thickness of plastic parts, in this design can be calculated do not need additional cooling water. In addition, in order to shorten the production cycle of mold, and improve productivity, the design adopts standard in many places , such as mold, lead guide sets of columns. Based on that, the application of CAD software to draw the entire injection mold assembly, as well as parts of the map, and marked completely. Finally, a complete set of mold is designed, which can play a guiding role in the actual production.
