液压剪板机全套毕业设计
摘要
近年来工业技术的高速发展,促使钢铁行业中剪板机的应用非常广泛,本文通过分析现状和实地考察,选择了优势比较大的闸式剪板机作为研究对象,设计了一种对称传动的剪板机,冲剪力为12吨,滑块的行程为22mm,每分钟剪切10次。由电动机提供动力,经过一级带传动和二级齿轮传动减速。设计中采用的执行机构为对心曲柄滑块机构,这一机构将剪板机传动系统的旋转运动转变为滑块的往复直线运动,实现对板料的剪切。曲柄滑块机构具有结构简单、加工容易、维修方便、经济实用的优点,在机械设备中应用广泛。在设计过程中,通过对各种剪板机的性能,实用性、经济的对比体现了闸式剪板机的优点,完成了传动机构的设计,剪切力的计算,强度,刚度的校核。
