带式称重输送机毕业设计
摘 要
本毕业设计的课题是“带式称重给料机”,在设计说明书中,介绍了设备的各部分功能及完成其功能而进行的特色各部分的详细结构。
带式称重给料机是对散状物料进行连续输送和计量的设备。它具有结构简单、操作方便、使用稳定可靠、称量准确、维护量小等优点。被广泛用于冶金、电力、矿山、煤炭、化工、建材、粮库、港口等行业及部门。它可作为单机用于计量输送(常习惯称它为单机秤)又可多机组合进行计量配料(习惯称之为配料皮带秤)。
带式称重给料机由带式输送机和电子计量两部分组成。在设计说明书中详细介绍了给料机的各部分组成及功能。因本设计着重于机械设计,故按照国家标准辅助于计算机绘出了总图量相当于2.5张的机械图纸。有总装配图、主要的部件图及零件图等。最后本设计还给出了设计产品的安装、调试及维护方面的要求与常识,供行业内人士参考。
本着既继承又发展的原则,本设计除了在结构上有所创新外,同时参阅了有关专业论文及著作。

The task of this graduation project is " The weighing belt feeder " , be living in the specification book , and introduced the detailed composition that the different part of meritorous service of installation be able to reach the distinguishing feature completees such meritorous service capacity but is underway every section .
Being living thoroughly to comprehend the style brought calls severely to give to anticipate that the wide-ranging use reaches such is living significant action queen in the middle national economy development to engine , unite specially having something to do with the teaching material , the design come out this task “weighing belt feeder ”.
The weighing belt feeder is used for continuous bulk material feeding and measurement. It is simple-structured, convenient to operate, reliable, and needs less maintenance. It is widely applied to industries such as metallurgy, power supply, chemistry, coal mining, warehousing, etc. It can be used independently or together with the others.
The style brought is called severely being anticipateed that the engine consists of that the style brought conveyer and the electron calculates two sections .
Being living in the specification book detailedly to introduce is anticipateed that engine every section is makeed up the meritorous service capacity .
As a result of native is designed to emphasize to machine designing , therefore in accordance the national standard assists to the calculating machine drawed the inflexible drawing that general drawing amount balancees 2.5 .
Components picture and part drawing and so on that possess the general assembly picture and main .
Finally native is designed still giving out design produce installation , debug and protection respect demand together with general knowledge , and feeies that public figure refers to inner place the profession .
Native is designed except for is living the somewhat innovation on the composition inheritance but also rule which developed in line with not only , and see also relevant specialized dissertation and the book moreover .
