自动线工业机械手控制系统设计
【摘要】可编程控制器(PLC)是一种广泛应用于各类自动化场合的微机控制器,熟练掌握和应用各类PLC是对本专业学生的较高要求,为了提高学生应用PLC解决实际问题的能力,本毕业设计以模拟生产实际的自动线为控制对象,设计出一条能满足PLC和单片机控制多项教学实验要求,具有现场柔性组合功能的教学实验自动加工生产线,该自动线是一种将电子、计算机、机械、气动、检测等技术融合在一起的先进技术设备,以满足对学生的实践训练要求。

【Abstract】The programmable controller(PLC) is a kind of computer controller applied to all kinds of automatic occasions extensively, acquire proficiency in and use all kinds of PLC to be requiring higher to this professional student, for improve student use PLC ability to solve practical problem, this graduation project regards producing the real transfer machine in simulation as the target of controlling, design one can meet PLC and one-chip computer control multiple teaching experiment requests, teaching experiment of making the function up of on-the-spot flexibility processes the production line automatically, transfer machine this electron, computer, machinery, pneumatic one measuring, in order to meet practice in students train the request.
