横截双圆半自动锯片机设计
摘　　要

横截双圆半自动锯片机（切削小木块用）在国外应用相当广泛。此圆锯机相关技术在国外木材加工行业已经相当完善，但在国内处于刚刚起步阶段。小木块平地能解决城市绿化的死角。
本文简要的介绍了横截双圆半自动锯片机发展现状和趋势，分析了国内同类锯机的特点，说明了其特点和使用范围。通过对几种同类产品的分析比较，制定了横截双圆半自动锯片机的总体布局和结构方案和电机选择等。同时，还进行了皮带、带轮和轴的设计计算与校核。
本文以结构设计为主。

Abstract

Cross of dot semi-automatic saw machine (cutting small bits of wood for use in any application in a wide range of foreign countries. This article provides an introduction to the horizontal dot semi-automatic saw machine status and trends of the development, analysis of the domestic saw features, describes its features and scope of use. Several kinds of analysis and comparison of the like product, developed a transversal dot semi-automatic saw in the overall layout and structure of the programme and motor preferences. At the same time, also belts, pulleys, and shafts of calculation and check of the design.
