ABSTRACT
The graduation design task for 200T the structure design of three beam four-column type hydraulic press machine control system design. Hydraulic press application more widely, can be seen everywhere in our daily life, its basic working principle is according to the driving principle of the liquid to liquid as PASCAL transfer media, achieve the result of realization of energy conversion, so as to realize all kinds of forging press molding process. The hydraulic press suppression techniques are suitable for all kinds of plastic parts, such as stamping, stretching, pressing plate, flanging and bending etc., can also be applied to wheel molding, artifacts of calibration, pressure equipment and a variety of cold extrusion molding metal parts, plastic products and powder products of pressure molding process. Hydraulic press is controlled by the host and hydraulic system, electrical control system. Hydraulic press host go into workbench, beams, guide pin, slide block, ejection cylinder, master cylinder, such as installation of foundation, motivation mechanism including pumps, tanks, motor, electric control system, all kinds of hydraulic control valves, etc. Dynamic mechanism under control in the electric control system, through the hydraulic system, realization of energy conversion, transfer and adjustment, finish all kinds of process cycle.
