Mine hoist is important equipment of coal mine, nonferrous metal in the production process. The safe, reliable and effective high-speed operation of the hoist, directly relate to the production status of the enterprise and economic benefits. The mine has lots of characteristics ,for example ,links, improving the system control complex, fast, inertia quality and running complex characteristics, and the working conditions often alternate conversion. Once the hoist travel is out of control, not according to feed speed curve operation, there will be hoist overspeeding and overwind accident , leading to wedge-shaped cans and the damage of the skip, affecting the normal production of mine, and even causing serious injuries, finally it results in significant economic loss for mine production.
So hoist speed regulation control system has always been a major issue of common attention for the social people. Hoist brake system determine the hoist can achieve smooth, safe and reliable operation to a great extent.
This paper is designed to solve the mine production safety issues caused by factors such as the roughness of brake disk surface change and brake disk distortion after mechanism of promoting the dynamic system put into production. The brake disk calibration after the mechanism of promoting mine move plate cutting on the site, ensure quality of the brake disk surface, making hoist brake system production operate safely and reliably during the normal production process of the mines
