300KW型弹簧圆锥破碎机结构设计
摘要：本次毕业设计主要完成对300KW弹簧圆锥破碎机的部分结构的设计和完善。首先对弹簧圆锥破碎机做了简单的介绍；接着分析了弹簧圆锥破碎机选型原则及计算方法；然后根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数要求进行选型设计；接着对所设计的装配机各主要零部件进行了校核。弹簧圆锥破碎机由六个主要部件组成：机架部分、传动轴部分、球面轴承部分、动锥部分、调整环部分。最后，提出了弹簧圆锥破碎机设计过程中存在的不足，以便于今后设计的改进。本次弹簧圆锥破碎机的设计代表了设计的一般过程，对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。

Structure Design of 300KW Spring Cone Crusher
Abstract: The graduation project is mainly to complete the design and improvement of 300KW spring cone crusher part of the structure. Firstly, spring cone crusher machine is introduced. Secondly, the spring cone crusher automated assembly machine selection principle and method of calculation are analyzed. Then according to these design principles and calculation methods in accordance with the requirements of the given parameters of type design. Then on the design of the major components assembly machine was checked. Spring cone crusher consists of six major components: frame part, drive shaft parts, spherical bearing parts, moving cone section, part of the adjustment ring. Finally, the lack of spring cone crusher design process exists to facilitate future design improvements. The spring cone crusher design represents the general process of designed, selection of design work for the future has a certain reference value.
