摘要:本次毕业设计主要针对我国现行的青饲料切割机人工送料问题,采用自动送料机构,达到避免人工送料,提高操作安全性,并使得送料过程连续提高工作效率的目的。首先对青饲料切割机做了简单的介绍;接着分析了青饲料切割机的选型原则及计算方法;然后根据这些设计原则与计算方法按照给定参数要求进行选型计算;接着校核所设计的切割机各主要零部件。本设计包括自动送料机构、传动分动机构、主切刀、机架的设计,以及电机的选型。最后,提出了青饲料切割机设计过程中存在的不足,以便今后的改进。青饲料切割机的发展对我国养殖业的饲料加工机械方面的提高意义深远。

Green Fodder Cutting Machine Design
Abstract: The graduation design adopt automatic feed mechanism mainly aiming at the manual material feeding problem of the current green fodder cutting machine in our country, in order to avoid manual material feeding to improve operational safety and make the process of feeding continuously to improve work efficiency. Firstly, green fodder cutting machine is introduced. Secondly, the green fodder cutting machine selection principle and method of calculation are analyzed. Then calculation based on these design criteria and selection method of parameters in accordance with the requirements of a given type design are done. Then designed machine on the main components are checked. The design includes the design of automatic feed mechanism, transmission mechanism, the main cutter, frame, and the motor selection. Finally, the deficiencies of the green fodder cutting machine design process proposed, in order to facilitate the future improvements.
