摘 要

夹具是机械制造过程中用来固定加工对象，使之占有正确的位置，以接受施工或检测的装置。又称卡具。从广义上说，在工艺过程中的任何工序，用来迅速、方便、安全地安装工件的装置，都可称为夹具。随着我国现代工业技术的发展，对机械传动装置的技术性能和经济指标提出了越来越高的要求，普通夹具应用和传统夹具设计已经不能满足现代工业大批量高效生产的需要，所以新型工艺流程和专用夹具设计是机械行业中重要的课题之一。
