Design of A Small Sweet Potato Powder Binding Machine

Abstract: Due to the rapid development of China’s green food industry, food machinery draws more and more people’s attention, package tying machine attaches much importance on food sale, storage, and transport. This article is on the basis of package tying, makes use of common mechanical drive control system, straps sweet potato starch noodles with one band, the principle of its mechanical design is divided into four parts: the design of the system of carousel and machine reel, sweet potato starch noodles intermission step conveyor, the cam mechanism for pressure, thermal sealing, shearing and bind guiding trough. It applied by modern modeling and simulation ADAMS, VB sports analysis cam parameters, therefore realized the package of sweet potato starch noodles.
